What is the call-out fee?
Our call-out fee is a flat R400. This covers the visit and fault diagnosis. After assessing the appliance we provide a clear, itemised repair quote before any work begins. You decide whether to proceed — there is no obligation to continue.
How quickly will you respond to my enquiry?
We respond to all phone calls and online enquiries immediately during business hours, Monday to Saturday, 08:00 to 17:30. If you send a message outside these hours we will respond first thing the following morning.
Can I book a same-day appointment?
Yes, same-day appointments are available depending on our schedule and your location within the Southern Suburbs. Call us as early as possible in the day to maximise the chance of a same-day slot.
What warranty do I get on a repair?
Every repair is backed by a 6-month workmanship warranty plus OEM supplier parts warranties where applicable. If the same fault returns within that period we come back at no additional labour charge.
What information should I have ready when I call?
It helps to have the appliance brand and model number ready if possible, along with a brief description of the fault. This allows us to prepare the most likely parts before arrival and reduces the chance of a return visit.
