What is the call-out fee?
Our call-out fee is a flat R400. This covers the visit and fault diagnosis. After assessing the appliance we provide a clear repair quote before any work begins. You decide whether to proceed.
Which appliances do you repair?
We cover all major household appliances including fridges, freezers, washing machines, tumble dryers, ovens, stoves, dishwashers, microwaves, and aircon units. Our certified technicians carry genuine OEM parts for all major brands.
How quickly can you get to me?
We respond to all enquiries immediately during business hours, Monday to Saturday, 08:00 to 17:30. Same-day and next-day appointments are available across the Southern Suburbs.
What warranty do I get on a repair?
Every repair carries a 6-month workmanship warranty plus OEM supplier parts warranties where applicable. If the same fault returns within that period we come back at no additional labour charge.
Do you repair appliances damaged by load shedding?
Yes. Power surge damage from load shedding is one of the most common repair requests we receive. Our technicians are experienced in diagnosing surge-related faults across all appliance types, and most are repairable.
